"Price is Right" Shower Game
The object of the "Price is Right" game is to have the
guests guess the prices of a variety of baby items.
The person who gets the most correct wins.
10 to 12 small baby items (spoon, bottle, baby
food, pacifier, etc.) with price tags or receipts
1 Tray, cookie sheet or small board
1 piece of paper per guest
1 pen or pencil per guest
Enough books or clipboards for all of the guests to write on
1. Put all items on a large tray or board
2. Next to each item write the price on a small piece of heavy paper or index
card. Put it face down.
3. Make sure you've removed the price tag from every item.
1. Give each guest a piece of paper, pen or pencil, and writing surface.
2. Pick up each item on the tray and show the group so they can guess the
price and write it down.
3. Once each item has been shown, reveal the prices one by one. The guest
who is the closest to the correct price without going over gets a point.
4. The person with the most points wins the game.
1. The items for this game can also be used for the Memory
Game just be sure to do the Memory Game first so the guests don’t
get extra time to memorize the items.
2. Use new items, if possible these game pieces also make nice gifts
for the mom-to-be. Also, you'll be more likely to have the correct price.
3. In case of a tie, you should either have extra prizes on hand or an item
that you held in reserve for this purpose and can use as a tiebreaker. The
two guests who are tied each guess its price and whoever is closest breaks
the tie and wins the game.
